Price Update Effective 1 July

To my wonderful clients,

I wanted to personally let you know that my prices will be updating from 1 July.

Over the past year, I've spent a lot of time working on both my business and the experience I provide to my clients. I've invested in business coaching, reviewed every aspect of how Hair by SQ operates, and taken a close look at what is required to build a sustainable salon that can continue delivering exceptional results for years to come.

As part of this process, I've reviewed my pricing structure for the first time in a meaningful way. Many of you have been with me for years, and in that time I have often absorbed increases in product, supplier, education and operating costs rather than passing them on. While I was happy to do that for as long as possible, it is no longer sustainable.

This price update allows me to continue providing the quality, expertise, products, education and personalised service that Hair by SQ is known for. It also ensures I can dedicate the time and attention each client deserves while maintaining a healthy and sustainable business.

For some clients, the increase may be more noticeable than others, particularly where pricing has remained unchanged for a number of years.

What won't change is my commitment to providing beautiful hair, honest advice, premium products, and a personalised experience at every appointment.
